* Head Coach Wanted *

USADTF and USADSF have been working together to draw guidelines and criteria for the 2005 Deaflympics Track & Field Head Coach position.  We are specifically looking for a head coach who has a broadened type of skills rather than just the skills they have on the field itself. For example, we would look for a head coach based on their experience with leading a team, public relations, fundraising, communication, and others. For more information, please see attachment somewhere on this email.

As for the coaching skills, we rely on those Specialty Coaches who have vast knowledge of Track & Field. For those who wish to apply for specialty coach, please hold your application until the new head coach has been appointed which should occur early May of this year. Then you can send your application to him/her.
